My customer looks for 150A solution for FPGA.

Is TPSM831D31 supporting 4-phase operation for one output? or supporting current share between VOUTA and VOUTB?

TPSM831D31 can not support 4phase operation.

Is discrete solution (controller+power stage) acceptable to customer?

I understand TPSM831D31 cannot support 4-phase operation.

Taketo-san,

TPS53647, TPS53667 and TPS53681 can be considered by 4phase design.
