BQ27426: bq27426 accuracy.

Hi Sir,

My customer suing bq27426 in H battery, but we know bq27426 is ROM mode, not support JEITA.

And it will worse accuracy performance, now customer consider using flash mode gauge.

Do you have idea/information to explain what accuracy difference between ROM mode and Flash mode?  (Roughly is fine, just want to have an idea)

    Hello Ian,

    It would be hard to say how much more accuracy you would get using a flash based gauge instead, it depends a lot on the application. JEITA will help keep the batteries healthier for a longer time by preventing stressful charging conditions.
