TPS2549: Abs MAX Junction Temperature: "Internally limited"

Hello Team,

Our TPS2549 data sheet shows "Internally Limited" as Abs MAX junction temperature.

I could find same question on e2e.....What temperature does the over heat protection work ?

Also, Q version could be 180degC. Is it only applicable to Q version ?
