Hello Guys,

Good day.

Is there a version of LMG1210RVRT or a similar part that eliminates the internal thermal shutdown protection?

The customer needs to operate up to 2 MHz and temperatures above 150C in an Oilfield downhole operation.

Hi Art,

Thanks for reaching out on lmg1210.

Lmg1205 is most similar to lmg1210 and does not have internal over temperature protection.

The maximum operating temperature is 125c however the part will operate at 150c, which is outside of the recommended datasheet operating limits.

Yes 1205 can switch higher than 2MHz
