Could you please let me know the maximum output cap value for UA78M05CDCYR?

Is it possible to use 1uF ceramic capacitor to Cout?

    HI Nagata-san,

    Because the UA78 uses a Darlington output stage, output capacitors are not required for stability. Adding more output capacitance only helps to improve load transient performance.
