Hi;

I'm working on a three-phase motor driver. I'll drive with drv8302. I just need a high voltage solution. We need to drive the engine with 315V. I cannot see 600V mosfet and igbt solutions in the ti.com family. There is no module with 3 half bridges. There are no single mosfets / igbts. There is only GaN 600V. No solutions for high voltage on Ti.com?
