The maximum junction temperature is on the ABS max table as Tj = 85C.

Which thermal resistance values are you looking for? Just ThetaJA or also ThetaJC and ThetaJB

Is 85 the operating temperature, thats what it says according to the datasheet, what is the maximum junction temperature?

Hi Swadish,

85C is the absolute maximum operating temperature for Tj. Due to the low Iq of these devices, Tj = Ta. We do not recommend to have a Tj greater than 85C during operation because this will violate ABS Max.
