I am using the TPS82130 as an inverter, according to TIDA-01405:

I have a very high noise spikes on the output:

please advise

As you can see in the TIDA-01405 document, the ripple is nice and clean. Can you please confirm if you used the same schematic or modified it? Can you please check the layout to ensure that you have followed good design practices?
