BQ76952: Settings restore to default after recovering from shutdown.

Hello,

My customer done the settings as below picture, but it restored to default value after recovering from shutdown. is this normal? how to keep these value after shutdown? thanks.

    Hi Yue,

    Yes the device will clear its registers value after shutdown. Please see description below. To get the register values permanatly into the device through BQSTUDIO, customer will need to program them into OTP through the "program OTP". Please make sure the OTP programming conditions are met electrically.
