BQ25710: STAT_VDPM is writable

A read only status bit is latched for the event until a host read the bit. The bit will be cleared if the corresponding event is already gone when the read happens. The STAT_VDPM status bit is latched if VIN DPM happens until a write to clear the bit. The bit won't be cleared by a read. The purpose for a write to clear the bit is to let host identify whether the VIN DPM is due to the possible adaptor removal.
