TPS23751: TPS23751 and the Wurth 7491195112 transformer

Part Number: TPS23751

We are using the TPS23751 in a design, and it works fine.

However , the specified transformer., the Wurth 7491195112 is non-existent world-wide.

Is there an alternative that has been tested?

Any chance the TI may have a stash of the Wurth 7491195112 transformers, and can loan us some?  Any other suggestions?

Thanks.

Kevin

  • Hello ,

If you are having issues sourcing this transformer there are two suggestions.

    1. Find another reference design with the same input/output voltage & power and see if that will work. Look at the inductance, turns ratios, and leakage inductance.

    2. This transformer is public, so you have ask your preferred vendor to create one according to the spec sheet.
