We need to charge up to 33A for BAT 28.8AH.
LM5176 can support 33A output current? if no ,LM5176 can use Two parallel operation?
please let me know any solution satisfy below spec.
Vin: 9V~16V
Vout: 12.6V
Charging current: 33A.

In general we recommend LM5176 up to around 200W. So we recommend to parallel 2 devices for your case.
Please have a look to this app note for paralleling 2 devices.

this solution is just common Vout line using LM8261? and another pins design individually control?
