Hi TI support Team,

i have installed the Battery Management Studio for simulation the our battery application below steps i have done.

step 1.  Installed :- BatteryManagementStudio-1.3.101_Build1-windows-installer

            it installed successfully but when i open this GUI it pop-up some error shows below

Error Shows :-An error has occured . see the log file C:\ti\BatteryManagementStudio\configuration\1595316983849  

Note :- My Eval Board:- BQ76942EVM

Please help me how can i fix this issue.

    Hi Pankaj,

    Can you try to uninstall BQStudio and completely delete all of the files in C:\ti\BatteryManagementStudio? Then run the installer by selecting "Run as Administrator". Let me know if this fixes the issue.

    If this does not fix the issue, can you send a copy of the error log file?
