TPS63710: TPS63710: PG Behavior

Part Number: TPS63710

I am trying to understand at what point PG will go high in my system; i.e. at what output voltage will it be high impedance to ground.

Table 2 of the device datasheet states that PG becomes high impedance when 'VOUT in regulation'.

I cannot find a simple definition of when this is.

Is it when the output is within the specified Output Voltage Tolerance (+/-1.5%)?

This seems very tight for a PG output and makes me think there is more to this than I'm assuming.

Many thanks for your assistance.
