I want to use the LMZM23601 in an inverting application as discussed in TI Application Report SNVA807A. I would like to drive the SYNC pin on the LMZM23601 with a 3.3V LVCMOS clock source.
There are some special considerations for the EN and PGOOD pin discussed in the document. Mainly additional level-shifter circuitry. My question is, does the MODE/SYNC pin also need this? There is no mention of the MODE/SYNC pin being used in the report, it's only shown tied to negative Vout in Figure 1. To drive SYNC with a 3.3V clock source, do I need a similar level-shifter shown for the EN pin?
