BQSTUDIO: bqstudio battery management studio

Part Number: BQSTUDIO

Hello, This is Jena.

Battery management studio encaountered an error.

Operation failed becase initial read of all data flash failed.

I was using it in the same way until last week, but not yesterday.

I checked the cable connection.

  • I see the SEC1 and SEC0 are both set to 1 in your first screenshot, which means the device has been already sealed.
You have to unseal the device before you get access to the data flash again.

  • Hello Andy,

    Thank you for answer.

    Sorry, I did not understand.

What are the meanings of sealing and  unsealing?

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------

I see the SEC1 and SEC0 are both set to 1 in your first screenshot, which means the device has been already sealed.
You have to unseal the device before you get access to the data flash again.

  • The gauge is in secure mode. It will deny all requests to read dataflash.

Please unseal first. The technical reference manual has a section of seal and unseal you can reference.

    Thanks!
