TPS929120EVM: connect USB2ANY with Win10

Hi,

I followed the install instructions but when I try to connect the USB2ANY I get the error message that the hardware cannot be connected.

I get the proper ping from Win10 when I plug it in but somehow the application cannot connect.

My USB2ANY came as part of the TPS929120EVM 

Any idea how to proceed?
