Hi Jasmin,

Power dissipation can vary based on the usage of the board. We use thermal metrics in the datasheet to estimate loading and power dissipation. That information can be found in the report here: https://www.ti.com/lit/an/spra953c/spra953c.pdf.

That being said, for our devices, Tj = Ta, which for this part is 125 C.
