Sorry for uncorrected question for this forum. I can not find Clock & timing forum!

I would like to ask why when the shunt transistor Т1 is blocked, the Vka voltage of IC2 is about 3 volts (2.87) at VDD_A = 23V?

Can you explain what you mean by "blocked"?

What are you trying to do in the circuit?

What is VDD_A Min/MAX?

What is FL TnL Min/Max?

Hello Marcoo,

Thanks for the quick reply and sorry for the ambiguous term "blocked". I understood the operation of the chip and where my mistake was. The circuit is implemented as a timer with digital output.
