LM74202-Q1: Query in the timing information provided in the design

Hi,

In the datasheet of LM74202QPWPRQ1, the timing information of UVLO turn off delay, Shutdown entry delay, OVP Disable delay is provided for the UVLO/OVP/SHDN trip point to FLT.

1)Whether this includes the turn off time of internal MOSFET? If not, what will be the time taken by MOSFET to turn off once UVLO,SHDN,OVP occurs? 

2)Only nominal values are provided for UVLO/SHDN/OVP off time and on time delay. Whether there any any maximum values?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    1) the delays mentioned also corresponds to the turn-off time of the internal MOSFET. The MOSFET turns-off and FLT asserts simultaneously. 

    2) We have only the typ values for those parameters.
