Hi. Received some broadcast emails linked to the latest fast battery chargers with OTG / PD support. These are of interest to us. However, would prefer support of 100W (20V @ 5A) VOTG with the internal FETs. Does TI offer such a solution? Or is it possible to parallel 2 * such battery chargers from the same battery pack to permit our target of 100W (20V @ 5A) OTG?

For this power level, it is best to be handled by battery charger controller with external FETs. How many cell of battery do you have? For 4S, BQ25713 may be a good choice.

Thank you. We have this device and kit in house already. Was hoping to have a device with internal fets at this power to save on PCB space. Appreciate the prompt reply.
