TPS2549-Q1: PIN_4_CS set

Hello TI engineers:

I would like to ask a question about the TPS2549:

As datasheet said, PIN_4_CS's description is that " Provide sink current proportional to output current. For cable compensation, connect to the feedback divider of the up-stream voltage regulator. "

Now, we use a power chip(DCDC)  which also has function of cable compensation, so wo will not use TPS2549's cable compensation function.

So how do I set PIN_4_CS, floating or pull-down? If pull down, what parameter of pull-down resistor do I need?
