Customer is looking for a low side gate driver for GAN EPC2022. The max Vgs for GAN is 6V. However, their system only have a 12V aux power. Is there any suggestion for them with better efficiency? Thank you.

Have we promoted UCC27611, the driver IC with internal 6V rail and the VDD supply rail of 18V might be a good candidate.
