TPS63070: Alternative to TPS63070

Hi,

I'm working in a design in with I need a boost converter from a single cell Litio-Ion battery (3v-4,2v) to 6,5v fix output delivering between 300-900mA. And an enable pin is required.

Currently I'm using a TPS63070 and its working but according to the datasheet charts, its working almost in the limit, and the efficiency measured its about 75%

Its there any alternative that can better fit my requirements? Also a bigger footprint will be appreciated as this small QFN package is hard to handle in these early stages of the development (cheap fab houses dont work with QFN and we can't hand solder it neither)
