HI team,

I am configuring our BQ79616 EVM, and it says in the GUI that hardware is connected in left bottom(which means USB2ANY is working), but also says in the main page that USB2ANY and device are disconnected.

I checked the BAT is well supplied @30V, and however still can't wake up the device, and LED is off as well.

Any comments on this?
