I am using the UCC21530DWKR to drive a Full-Bridge Converter. I am using 24V-to-15V isolated DC-DC converters to power the VDDA and VDDB respectively. When I ramp up the bus voltage to approximately 200VDC for the Full-Bridge converter, the high side driver of the UCC21530 begins to output at 1/2 of the VDDA. After moments of this occurrence, the output of the high side gate driver fails short to the VSSA. Is this a common issue or has this been seen in other applications.
