I want to use TPS74501PQWDRBRQ1 but not sure the device status.

Does TPS74501PQWDRBRQ1 enter the stage of mass production now?

Could I apply some sample for verify?

This is sampling now and samples can be ordered here:

Before the device is completely released we put a P in front of the part number so you can order samples with PPS74501PQWDRBRQ1.

The full production for this device should be in November, 2020.

I found an issue about package in SPEC, it would be better if TI correct it.
