Hi
LMG1025-Q1 is tested and found there is a diode from OUTL to GND.
so when OUTH is high, there will be a current from OUTH -> oUTL->GND.
if no Rg resistor, GaN gate voltage will be clamped to 0.7V, right?
why this diode is integrated?
thanks.

Hi,
This is not correct. Can you send data on what you are seeing so we can try to help you resolve this issue?
Can you send us scope shots, your schematic, and layout?
