LMG1025-Q1: why there is a diode function from OUTL to GND?

Part Number: LMG1025-Q1

Hi

LMG1025-Q1 is tested and found there is a diode from OUTL to GND.

so when OUTH is high, there will be a current from OUTH -> oUTL->GND.

if no Rg resistor, GaN gate voltage will be clamped to 0.7V, right?

why this diode is integrated?

thanks.
