BQ78PL114 S12 Broken transistor BC 846 (the one that drive Charge FET)

Hello,

Does somebody experience brocken BC846 the SOT23 that drive charge MOSFET ? (we get about 10 fault)

Replacing just this transistor is enough to repair the BMS!!!

Hard to beleive that we have used some "bad" bipolar transistor
