LM36923: Why it calls white led driver? Can I use it for green and red LEDs?

Hello,

I'm looking for led driver to use with green and red LEDs. I was wondering why some led drivers are called "white LED driver".

Another question is can I use different quantities of LEDs per channels? for example 3LED for channel 1 and 10LED for channel two.

Hi Vahram,

LM36923 can drive green or red LEDs.

Yes, LM36923 supports adaptive output voltage control which allows different voltage in each string.

One more question please, is there possibility to set different brightness per channel? For example 100% brightness for channel 1, 50% for channel 2 and 10% brightness for channel 3.

Hi Vahram,

LM36923 doesn't support independent control for each channel.
