i'm designing a 5V to -4V converter.

i'm running the pspice adjustable model - downloaded from TI.

feedback resistors are 75k (FB to VOUT) and 25k (FB to VOUT_IBB)

when running simulation voltage is -12V and then climbing to -4V.

that is a problem because FB to GND start from 8V (Absolute max rating is 5V)

Hi,

Can you show me your schematic that you simulated with? When you are referring to GND is this GND of the module pin or is it in your schematic?

If you are configuring the LMZM23600 for IBB topology, the system return (GND pin) is now VOUT_IBB.

The absolute maximum rating in the datasheet refers to FB to system return (GND pin).

For more information on IBB, please refer to this app note.
