TPS61089: Webench simulation of TPS61089

Hi team,

TPS61089 is currently designed in a car DVR project.
The customer asked if it can only be designed in 500KHz? WEBENCH can only simulate to 998KHz
And, they would like to know the switch frequency of efficiency picture which is shown in datasheet.

What is the efficiency plot at 2Mhz? Thanks.

Dear Sir,

The efficiency waveform is taken at the fsw=500kHz condition.

We didn't take the 2MHz efficiency curve. The efficiency at 2MHz will be much lower. what is your Vin, Vo,Io?

Hi Helen,

Thank for your reply. Customer's spec is as below.

Vin: 3V-4.4v

Vout:5v

Iout:2.5A

Would you have any concern about the result of webench above?
