Sorry, my post got cut off. I also need it to have Iq of less than 10uA, and this device seems to fit well.

Hello

The device should be out in the fourth quarter. But the LMR36506-Q1 should be available in production.

Part number should be LMR36506MSC3 for fixed output voltage of 3.3V. This will have the best Iq since it has BIAS pin internally.
