Environmental information can be found on this webpage:

which has a link for MSL Search for TI devices:

The LP3881 information is easily available, however, the SC14408 is an OBSOLETE device, and as such, data is not available using the SEARCH tool.

I will investigate to see if this information is available elsewhere, and will let you know later today.

Someone was able to find the MSL information in the archives:

This package is rated MSL-3.

Body thickness 2.0mm

Baking condition is 48 hours at 125C +10/-0C

See table attached.
