Hi

I have 2 questions about BQ27220, could you help to answer below questions?

1. Why the value of gauge test will jump when re-charge the battery?

2. the true volume of battery is about 33%~38%, but the test value is about 43% when used in battery pack. How to improve the test accuracy of Gauge?

    Hello Pei,

    Can you share the log files from the test and the .gg file of your configuration? To improve accuracy you can use the OTP memory to program a custom CEDV ID by using the GPCCEDV tool.

    You can follow section B.3 Programming Instructions, in the TRM to help you program a new CEDV profile.
