my customer has been trying to run some simulation on LTspice with the unencrypted PSpice Transient Model of the UCC28C43, however it takes an extremely long time at the initial step "stepping source" (See image below). For this step he had sometimes waited over an hour but unfortunately not finished. Experience shows that this indicates that the program can only calculate the DC operating point with difficulty. In comparison, the LM3481 only takes a few seconds to run the simulation.
have you had this issue before and what can be done to solve this?
