Hello, I would like to know what is VDD1(1.8V) in LPDDR4 function ?

cause i want to know what is its power supply like TPS65296 " most important issue" , is transient ? ripple or efficiency?

Hi, VDD1/2 are both core power, in my opinion the most concern should be accuracy, JEDEC has standard spec for the range. 65296 has been checked and can meet it.

Thanks both, one thing,

what is accuracy here means anyway,although with high accuracy, vout would equal vref,

yet in poor accuracy case, if i can try and error adjusting output voltage by changing outside feedback resistor ,logiclly i can still achieve the vout value which the spec need, right?

The accuracy what I mean is AC transient ripple + DC ripple should meet JEDEC spec, also VDD1/2 has power on/off timing requirement, 65296 can meet all these spec.
