There is much information about Fast Scale Load select in the R3 TRM.
1.May I know the bit definition for Fast Scale Load select? Is it same as the load select?
2. Since the fast scale load select would only apply when the fast scaling active, can the users set Fast Scale Load select and Load select differently?

The fast scaling region is near the EDV, if you set RSOC_CONV then you can choose the mode in load select for a specific range of SOC near EDV to help increase end of discharge gauging accuracy.
Yes you can set two different load select options, fast scale load select will only be set when a certain SOC value is reached and RSOC_CONV is 1.
