UCD3138PSFBEVM-027: There is a spike in Vo at the start of the UCD3138-PSFB-EVM27 development board. What is the reason?

Hello.
Recently, I was testing the UCD3138-PSFB-EVM27 development board and found that Vo had a spike at the moment of startup of the development board, as shown in the figure below:

As shown in the figure above, Vin is 380V, QT1 is 3.3.V to supply power to UCD3138, Vo output voltage has a sharp point, after which it can start normally.
Excuse me, how did that sharp point come about?
