My battery gauge somehow went into sealed mode. I unsealed it with the UnSealKey and to full access with FullAccessKey which cleared the [FAS] and [SS] flags. But whenever the gauge is reset e.g. when I flash the gauge, it goes back to sealed mode.
The TRM says "Once in SEALED mode, the part can never permanently return to UNSEALED or FULL ACCESS modes." Does it mean that this gauge will now always go to sealed mode whenever it is reset? Is there a way to fix this?
If I understand correctly, the only way to send the gauge to sealed mode is by sending the Seal Device command. But I never send this command. Is there any other way to send the gauge to sealed mode?
