EV2400: EV2400 cannot communicate

The EV2400 I just bought cannot communicate, and the U9 IC is hot. May I ask what causes U9 to get hot, and what should I do with this EV2400?

Hello,

I have two boards. One of them is good. After a few seconds, I can’t communicate when I connect the second. The U9 chip was hot after opening the shell. Check the board and found no problems.

Hello,

It may have been a defective board, it's unclear what would cause U9 to get hot. Contact the customer support center to see if you can obtain a new EV2400.
