    multi element integrated circuit means MCOs.(MCOs) is a combination of one or more monolithic, hybrid or multichip integrated circuits and at least one of the following elements: silicon-based sensors, actuators, oscillators, resonators or their components. Like integrated circuits, they are actually inseparable into a whole, as a component, through pins, leads, solder balls, bottom contacts, bumps or conduction voltages Point connection, assembly to printed circuit board (PCB) or other carrier.

    He need the information for the  Customs Application

    Hi Leon,

    According to your information, I think TPS254900-Q1 is not multi element integrated.

    It don't have oscillators,sensors,actuators and resonators inside. 

    It is the linear analog circuit inside, including mosfet, amplifier, comparators , resistor, BJT .
