Do you have administrative privileges on the machine where you installed Pspice for TI?

Would you please find the log file from your installation and attach it to this thread?
It would be a big help in diagnosing the error's root cause.

You can find the log file at %APPDATA%\Cadence\PSpiceTIInstall\cdsPspiceTIlog.txt

1. When installer prompted for a restart, has the user restarted the machine after installation?

2. What were the user flow/steps
  - Was the Uninstall + Install at the same location, or was Uninstall + install at different locations,  or was it a Fresh install?
