A customer would like to request for the impedance value of VCC and GND. Do we have this information?

Do you mean the output impedance? Can we tell the typical value, or you need the min and max?

May I ask what the customer wants to do with the VCC to GND impedance ? or can you let us know what they want to know exactly ?

VCC pin impedance is dominated by the VCC capacitor value, which is Zvcc = 1/(2*3.14*Cvcc).
