BQ28Z610-R1: temperatur reporting in bqstudio

Hello,

while is was testing my fuelgauge bq28z610-r1 is see some unclear behaivor of the bqstudio:

The temperatur is reported as 35,9 °C and the raw data is 0x0C13 (picture above). As i know the raw data is a unsigned integer from 0...65k in 0,1°K (based on sluuc81.pdf)

So the raw data is translated into decimal 3091. But how can i get from 3091 to 35,9 °C ?

Note: 35,9 °C is a correct value because a checked it with an external temperatur sensor.
