Make sure your auto refresh is off when you are logging, this may reduce some of the errors.

From the graphs it looks like your connection may be bad t the pack, are you using an EVM for the tests or your own pack? I would make sure the connections are secure when testing.

If you log the data with the logging tool in the registers tab does it also show the voltage fluctuations?

Hello, attending to the suggestions given, make the changes in the design of the pcb because I am not using the evm that your company has for sale. My questions are the following
the i2c communication module is correct with the configuration with the 10k resistor connected to the 3.3 volt voltage regulator output as shown in the schematic
If it is required to change to the communication configuration by the proposal in the reference sheet, this would implement the AZ23C5V6-7 and the additional 100 ohm resistors would carry the 10 k ohm resistor
You can replace the AZ23C5V6-7 with 3.3 volt zener diodes or what characteristics does the AZ23C5V6-7 require to be replaced by another diode that fulfills the same function
If you find any error in the design of the circuit, I would like to know to meet your recommendations

Can you turn off auto-refresh in the top left of bqStudio and test it again using the logging feature in the registers tab of bqStudio?

You can post the log here. Make sure all the connections are secure, the voltage should not be dropping down to 0V like this during voltage readings.
