My customer design with BQ24650 to charge single 18650. Use 18V solar panels to charge. It was running normally before. But recently several devices have the same problem.
The external charging indicator on the BQ24650 STAT1 does not light on. Cover the solar panel or replug the adapter, STAT1 will work normally, but after a while, the STAT1 light will turn off. Repeated many times the problem remains.
In the abnormal state, test VREF=3.3V; VFB=1.7V; REGN=5.97V.
