Hi,

I am carrying out some reliability analysis on the LM4040 and had a couple questions. The first is if you can share the die technology and a rough transistor count (even within a order of magnitude)? The second is for confirmation that the 4040 and 4050 are the same process and at least roughly the same transistor count.

Hi Nick,

Are you looking for a FIT rate or equivalent for safety ISO applications? If so we do have documents such as the one below.

Transistor count and process technology is NDA restricted information that I cannot give out.
