The ucc28950  Internal  have OVP latch  function ? 

if not, is there recommend external circuit

    Hello. The UCC28950 / UCC28951 do not have an internal UVLO function. I'm not aware of any recommended external circuit but a simple comparator with a digital or SCR type latch would work well. The recommended way to turn the UCC28950 / UCC28951 off is to pull SS/EN below the enable threshold.
