Hi team,

Here is a charge pump requirement, Vin=2.8-4.5V, Vout=20-30V, Iout is 10-20mA. Is there charge pump solution that can meet the requirement at such low current? Thanks.

Hi Given,

The step up ratio requires a multi stage charge pump, and the solution will be complex. A better solution seems to be a boost converter in dcm mode to support such a high step up ratio. Let me note Jasper and see if he has a solution for this.

TPS61391 can be a good solution. it can support 2.8Vin/30Vo at Io=20mA.
